Cancellation Policy

**Booking Appointments**: - Book appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. - Appointments can be made online. - **Appointment Confirmation**: - You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. - A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Confirm attendance by replying to the reminder. - **Cancellation & Rescheduling**: - A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% charge of the service cost. - Failure to attend your appointment without notice results in a 100% charge of the service cost. - Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. - **Late Arrivals**: - Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full service fee still applying. - **Group Bookings**: - Group bookings require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. - A 50% deposit is required for group bookings, non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours. - **Payment**: - Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers or PayPal. - The balance of your service is due at the time of your appointment. - **Health and Safety**: - Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or recent treatments before your appointment. - We adhere to strict hygiene practices to ensure a safe and clean environment. - **Age Requirement**: - Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a waxing appointment. - For clients aged 16-17, parental consent is required with them at the appointment time. - **Satisfaction Guarantee**: - Your satisfaction is our priority.
